BODYWORK FOR OPTIMAL COMFORT
All massage services will be for a full 90 minutes of hands-on time. This allows clients to get comfortable. A relaxed body is able to receive the benefits of touch better than a body in flight mode.
Allison specializes in Sarga Bodywork (This is the modality that will be booked initially.) All new clients will receive a confirmation call prior to their appointment to go over any questions.
Hot towels, aroma therapy, Reiki, photo rejuvenation, Cupping, and a weighted blanket may also be utilized depending on the needs of the client.
All sessions will begin by setting intentions.
