As a sole proprietor, I do my best to accommodate my clients, but I am not available 24/7. All inquiries will be answered within 24-48 hours. Thank you for understanding that my time is as valuable as yours, and for respecting my personal needs for self-care.

At Kaleidoscope Soul, tips are not expected. The best tip you can give is a referral to friends and family!

PAYMENTS
Payment is due when your appointment is scheduled.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
I value the time of my clients and ask for the same respect in return. If you are unable to keep your appointment, I require 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full service fee. If you have a package or gift certificate and cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or are a no-show, you will forfeit that pre-paid session.
TARDINESS
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment, so that we may begin and end your session on time. If you are late, your session will be cut short in order to accommodate the clients scheduled after you. You are still responsible for full payment of the session.
SERVICE REFUSAL AND TERMINATION
I provide bodywork for the purposes of improving and maintaining my clients’ health and wellness. I reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time should my profession or my person be disrespected or violated. Reasons for refusal or termination include but are not limited to:

- Under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Contagious illness
- Chronic tardiness and/or cancelling last minute
- Refusing to adhere to proper hygiene/ wash hands/ use sanitiser/ adhere to local guidelines during COVID-19 pandemic
